Custodian for O'Gorman Jr. High School

Hours: 1:30-10:00 pm on school days; During the summer and no school days the hours are 8:00-4:30 pm.

Keep all school facilities clean and orderly. Maintain the best possible conditions for the education and health of children. 

• Promote the mission of Bishop O^†Gorman Catholic Schools
• Keep buildings and grounds in a clean and sanitary condition, including daily pickup of trash and debris
• Daily – clean and/or mop floors, disinfect bathrooms and drinking fountains, assist with minor repairs, supervise student workers, if applicable
• Clean snow from sidewalks, driveways and other areas on school grounds
• Set up and take down equipment/chairs, etc. for all events at/related to the school
• When applicable, open and lock the school buildings
• Promote a positive public image to students, staff and community through cooperation and attitude
• Preventative maintenance – waxing, sealing, patching, painting, etc.
• Perform various duties as assigned

• Ability to climb ladders, lift at least 50-80 lbs., and operate heavy machinery
